Come Enjoy the Music of an Incredibly Talented Pianist!
Benefit Concert for First Church's Scholarship Fund

Madison Yan is a highly accomplished and incredibly gifted pianist who has graciously agreed to return again to First Church for the benefit of our scholarship recipients. Those of us who have had the privilege of hearing and seeing her play before were absolutely amazed at the level of talent she consistently displayed all throughout her concert.

There is no cost for admission, but we will be taking a freewill offering. 100% of all funds donated will go directly to our scholarship fund. Applications are made in May of each year, with distribution to recipients in early June.

ABOUT OUR PIANIST

​Madison Yan currently studies with Kevin Kenner at the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami. She began her musical studies at age five under the tutelage of Dr. Irena Kofman. Madison is a three-year National Chopin Foundation Scholarship recipient and has received numerous accolades in both national and international competitions, including first prize in the William Knabe International Piano Competition, third prize at the International Chopin Competition in Hartford, and third prize at the International Keyboard Odyssiad and Festival. She has performed with the Greater Miami Youth Symphony and the Alhambra Orchestra of Miami. She has had the honor of working with renowned musicians such as Maria João Pires, Robert McDonald, Dang Thai Son, Antonio Pompa-Baldi, Ewa Pobłocka, and others. 

The concert will take place at 3 pm on Sunday, March 15th, at First Church of Boynton Beach. First Church is located at 101 N. Seacrest Blvd, Boynton Beach, 33436. Doors will open at 2:30 pm.
